The year 2025 has drawn to a close amidst a global and regional economic landscape characterised by complex fluctuations. In this context, the collective of Petrolimex officers and employees has upheld our traditions of solidarity, resilience, and high responsibility, striving to overcome challenges and successfully fulfill our assigned key missions.

Petrolimex has guaranteed national energy security under all circumstances, maintaining a stable supply of petroleum for the economy and the public. We have upheld market and social confidence while ensuring absolute system safety, even amidst severe natural disasters and floods that heavily impacted many localities. All key performance indicators regarding output, revenue, and profit met and exceeded targets, while our obligations to the State budget were fulfilled beyond the set requirements. More importantly, 2025 marked Petrolimex’s distinct maturity in governance capacity, operational discipline, and the ability to proactively adapt to a shifting business environment.

The past year also witnessed foundational shifts. The restructuring and streamlining of our organisational apparatus, in the spirit of Resolution No 18-NQ/TW, represent more than just a reorganisation; they are a profound adjustment in management mindset and operating methods, aimed at a more centralised, transparent, and efficient model. Furthermore, digital transformation has been established as the cornerstone of modern governance, progressively building a data-driven management system that enhances risk control and optimises operations.

As we enter 2026, Petrolimex reaches the milestone of its 70th anniversary of establishment and development. Our collective of officers and employees is deeply honoured to receive the First-class Labour Order and a congratulatory letter from Party General Secretary To Lam. This is not only a source of pride but also a solemn reminder of our responsibility to continue renewing our growth model, enhancing competitiveness, and upholding our market-leading role. In doing so, we will continue to ensure national energy security and contribute actively to the sustainable growth of the country in this new era of development.

The launch of our new brand identity on the occasion of this 70th anniversary serves as a significant milestone in that journey. However, a change in image is only the beginning. The true value of Petrolimex lies not in its outward appearance, but in substantive internal innovation—within our mindset, our governance, our service quality, and our social responsibility.

Our 70-year legacy is a foundation for pride, but also a catalyst for continued development. Dedication must be manifested in every decision and at every customer touchpoint. Being a pioneer must be intrinsically linked to responsibility and long-term efficiency.

As we enter the first year of the new Five-Year Plan, the entire Petrolimex system must continue to synergise, uphold discipline, enhance governance quality, and make full preparations for the implementation of the Master Development Strategy for the 2026–2030 period, with a vision toward 2050.

This will serve as the crucial orientation for the Group to transform more comprehensively and modernly, fostering sustainable development in the period ahead.
